Charge Bench Update

Hi all the charge bench is now fully operational; I have at long last got hold of some Low voltage protections and they have been fitted. If you do connect up and there is NO power this will be because they have kicked in to protect the batteries. Let me know if you have any issues. Again, please only charge at 1C.
